Follow these instructions to configure Microsoft Outlook Express 6 to receive
e-mail from your Tabletop Telephone Internet account:

Press the Start
button and select "All Programs" then "Outlook
Express".

Select Tools > Accounts

On the Internet Accounts panel,
select the "Mail" tab, then press Add > Mail
to launch the Internet Connection Wizard.

On the Your Name panel, enter the
name you would like displayed on e-mail messages and press Next.

On the Internet E-mail Address
panel, enter your Tabletoptelephone Internet e-mail address
(example: johnsmith@tabletoptelephone.com) and press Next.

On the E-Mail Server Names panel,
enter the following:
| Incoming mail server
(POP3): |
pop.tabletoptelephone.com |
| Outgoing mail server
(SMTP): |
smtp.tabletoptelephone.com |
Press Next.

On the Internet Mail Login panel,
enter the following:
| Account Name: |
enter your Tabletoptelephone Internet
User Name
(example: johnsmith)

| Password: |
enter your Tabletoptelephone Internet
account password
Make sure this password is in all lowercase letters.
You may check the option "Remember
Password"
Note: Do not select the option "Log on
using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)" |
Press Next.

On the Congratulations panel, press Finish.

Press Close to save your
settings and exit the Internet Accounts panel.
Outlook Express is now configured to receive e-mail from your
Tabletoptelephone Internet account. If you have a dedicated or DSL
connection, you will automatically retrieve your e-mail from the
Tabletoptelephone Internet mail server when you launch Outlook Express.
If you have a dial-up connection, you will have to connect to the
Internet first, then launch Outlook Express and receive your
e-mail.
